Tom is the owner of the premier San Francisco seafood wholesaler, Monterey Fish, which serves fine dining restaurants around the Bay Area with the best in global seafood. Tom is also an expert in Mexican cuisine. He has traveled there extensively and has studied under acclaimed author and teacher, Diana Kennedy. Tom's festive custom designed kitchen was recently featured in Bon Appétit's April 2007 issue.
