![]() William Werner Executive Pastry Chef, Quince & Cotogna Member since 2009Since 2005, William has wowed the West Coast with eye-popping, creative desserts and pastries. He developed his unique style in the pastry kitchens of Ritz-Carlton Hotels, first in Sarasota, Florida, then in Half Moon Bay. In 2007, William began his own creative consulting firm, polite/persuasion, as a way to travel, learn, teach, meet new chefs and continue his passion for all disciplines of pastry. He is currently the executive pastry chef of Quince and its sister café Cotogna in San Francisco. |
