As a television culinary producer, he has worked alongside some of America's most celebrated chefs including Jacques Pepin, Jose Andres, and Michael Chiarello. He is the founder of VOLOCHEF® Culinary Solutions, a food and media multi-service provider, and lives in San Francisco.
