Dan's impressive experience in Italian cuisine, both here and abroad, is put to use for both fine and casual dining. Dan worked with some of San Francisco's top chefs as well as spending years in Europe including Bologna, Italy. Dan is the owner and executive chef at Palio d'Asti and Palio Paninoteca as well as the vice president of the Golden Gate Restaurant Association.
