![]() Jeff Saad Consultant Member since 1994Following his culinary training at the Culinary Institute of American and California Culinary Academy, Jeff opened Sweet Heat, a casual San Francisco restaurant serving tasty, healthful Mexican food. Here he also created and bottled several chile-based chutneys for retail. Jeff has also served as operations director at Pasta Pomodoro. He is currently a private consultant based in Southern California. |
