Arnold formerly owned Rosmarino and served as executive chef at Plumpjack Café. He has worked with many of San Francisco's most respected food personalities, including Tracy des Jardin of Jardinière and Jeremiah Tower of Stars. These collaborations have resulted in accolades from the San Francisco Chronicle, Restaurant Hospitality and the Chefs in America Society. Arnold is now the general manager at Balthazar in Manhattan, a SoHo French brasserie that is "a classic for knockout food," according to Zagat.
