Michael Recchiuti is owner of Recchiuti Confections in San Francisco, the renowned chocolate and confection company which specializes in European-style hand-made chocolates and artisan sweets. He is known for his unique flavors infused into the highest quality chocolate – lemon verbena, jasmine tea, lavender and tarragon, to name a few. His line of Key Lime Pears drew national attention and his S'mores kit with hand-made marshmallows has a loyal following. He is also the author of Chocolate Obsession, co-written with Fran Gage.
