A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Jon Olson is Corporate Chef for Bay Brokerage Company, a Northern California food service supplier and one of the largest food brokers in the nation. Jon's diverse food background is fully utilized at Bay Brokerage in creating new menu concepts, operator training and product development for our customers both in both foodservice and retail. He has been in the foodservice business for the past 25 years as chef, director of operations and food and beverage director. He is the former vice president of product development for the 100-unit Lyon's Restaurants.
