![]() Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls Executive Chef, Big Four Restaurant Member since 1993Named "Chef of the Year" by the National Executive Chefs Association, Gloria has spent over 25 years as Executive Chef at the historic Big Four Restaurant, Huntington Hotel on Nob Hill in San Francisco. Specializing in robust contemporary American cuisine, Gloria brings her formal schooling at the Culinary Institute of America in New York together with her early, informal training at her father's restaurant in Connecticut. An expert in wild game, she has written for the San Francisco Chronicle and was featured on the Food Networks' "The Best Of" series. As well as being a talented chef, Gloria has taught at Sur La Table, Williams-Sonoma, and private classes. |
