Rosemary Mark is a nutrition and culinary consultant with over 20 years experience in recipe development and food marketing. She taught nutrition for the Diablo Valley College culinary program for 3 years and continues to present nutrition education workshops for clients. With an appeal to "real-life", uncomplicated and delicious food, she creates recipes for national brand products, commodity boards and restaurant menus.
