Chef Keller has received just about every award possible as chef/owner of Fleur de Lys in San Francisco. Only 28 Bay Area restaurants received Michelin stars in the San Francisco Guide, his among them. He has expanded his reach with two locations in the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas – a second Fleur de Lys and Burger Bar, where one can sample burgers made from Kobe beef, Hereford beef or Colorado lamb with toppings like foie gras, black truffles or prosciutto.
