Only 28 Bay Area restaurants received Michelin stars in the San Francisco Guide, his among them. He has expanded his reach with two locations in the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas – a second Fleur de Lys and Burger Bar, where one can sample burgers made from Kobe beef, Hereford beef or Colorado lamb with toppings like foie gras, black truffles or prosciutto. |
