Erica Holland-Toll is Executive Chef at the Lark Creek Inn and enjoys sourcing fresh local produce from the small town's "slow food" farmer's market where growers are knowledgeable about what they're growing now and why. She formerly cooked at the Americano Restaurant in Hotel Vitale on San Francisco's waterfont and at the Acme Chophouse.
