An award-winning and nationally recognized pastry chef, Elizabeth is owner of San Francisco’s Orson, Citizen Cake and Citizen Cupcake. She was nominated for a 2005 James Beard Award as Best Pastry Chef and was named Pastry Chef of the Year in Bon Appétit’s American Food & Entertaining Awards 2006. In Fall 2006, she competed on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America program. Her first cookbook, Demolition Desserts, was published in 2007. In summer 2009, Elizabeth competed on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters.
