An award-winning and nationally recognized pastry chef, Elizabeth is owner of San Francisco’s Citizen Cake and Citizen Cupcake. She was recently nominated for a 2005 James Beard Award as Best Pastry Chef and was named Pastry Chef of the Year in Bon Appétit’s American Food & Entertaining Awards 2006. In Fall 2006, she competed on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America program. Her first cookbook, Demolition Desserts, will be published in 2007.
