![]() Mark Dommen Executive Chef, One Market Member since 2006As Executive Chef of San Francisco’s acclaimed One Market restaurant, Mark exhibits his innovative cooking style developed through years of classical training with some of the world’s culinary masters. He has worked with fellow Chefs’ Council Member Hubert Keller at Fleur de Lys as well as with a host of New York’s finest chefs, including David Burke, Gray Kunz, and the legendary Jean-Louis Palladin; he also spent time in European kitchens. As opening chef of Copia’s Julia’s Kitchen, he drew inspiration from its biodynamic garden; his focus on seasonal produce continues at One Market. |
