![]() Earl Darny Pastry Chef and Owner, Lotta's Bakery Member since 1996Pastry Chef Earl Darny owns Lotta's Bakery in San Francisco, an old-fashioned neighborhood bakery serving all manner of cookies, cakes and sweets. He has practiced his craft at a number of highly esteemed Bay Area restaurants and bakeries, including Oakland's Bay Wolf for many years as well as Farallon, Rivoli, and Chow. He assisted Emily Luchetti in writing Four Star Desserts and contributed to the Bay Wolf Cookbook. Recently, Earl served as pastry chef at Sweet Adeline Bake Shop in Berkeley, CA. |
