Ethel has worn many hats in the food industry from writing, teaching, styling, and television to her most recent duel role as the art director for “Doof, a Food Show for Kids” and as the education coordinator for a healthy food outreach program brought to Oakland Unified Public Schools. She has more than ten years experience working with children and has written eight books along with many newspaper and magazine articles for publications such as Food and Wine, Fine Cooking Magazine and The San Francisco Chronicle.
