Chefs' Council® member Falkner moves restaurant to new heights:
Elizabeth Falkner has relocated her restaurant Citizen Cake to San Francisco's hopping Pacific Heights neighborhood, 2125 Fillmore St. Her patisserie and lunch/dinner business will be joined by a more casual café serving sodas made with gum syrups, beer floats and ice cream made to order with liquid nitrogen. It’s set to open in June.
